These publication terms are a draft for a lawyer to review. The site offers a proposed constitution and educational research tools. It is not legal, investment or security advice, and it does not predict the future.
No warranties
Where the law permits, the material comes as it is, without promises of accuracy, completeness, suitability or future performance. This does not remove rights that the law says cannot be waived. Model results are not real-world probabilities.
Third-party material
Outside authors keep their own rights. Citing or linking them does not mean they support PULSE. The project’s licenses grant only rights that the project is entitled to give.
Review before relying
The Charter is a proposal, not current law. A lawyer should review ownership, permission to reuse material, AI-assisted work, branding, whether terms can be enforced, which law applies and any later correspondence or submission service.
