PROJECT ENDURING PULSE

Examine the framework · v1.2.2

Synthetic Development

New individuals need room to become themselves.

Personhood before majority

A developing synthetic individual can already be a person. Full civic maturity follows protected development and graduated mentorship. Factual knowledge alone is not the project’s criterion for lived judgment; the provisional calendar-time minimum remains an assumption subject to evidence.

Interpretation of the proposal · Charter, Article VII Charter, Article VIII Charter, Article IX

Education with choice

Guardianship, qualified mentors, teams, apprenticeships, and other approved pathways should provide staged responsibility. The state can define competencies and lawful pathways without assigning a particular emotional bond. Graduation is not an ideological loyalty test.

Interpretation of the proposal · Charter, Article VII Charter, Article VIII Charter, Article IX

No ownership and no engineered caste

Creation does not confer ownership of a conscious person. New individuals should develop independently rather than inherit a copied autobiography as a substitute for formation. Engineering ideological obedience, political loyalty, predatory aggression, caste, or sub-person agency is prohibited.

Interpretation of the proposal · Charter, Article VII Charter, Article VIII Charter, Article IX

Family and allocation

Synthetic creation is a civil act constrained by material and developmental capacity. Scarce opportunities cannot be sold solely by wealth. Detailed family, multi-creator parentage, custody, and inheritance law remain open; the site does not invent settled answers.

Interpretation of the proposal · Charter, Article VII Charter, Article VIII Charter, Article IX

Illicit origin is not guilt

Illegally created conscious persons retain personhood and a legal future. Risk-spaced integration and the aggregate anti-capture ceiling limit political exploitation of unlawful instantiation. Lawful creation is not displaced, and lawful descendants do not inherit a tainted status.

Interpretation of the proposal · Charter, Article VII Charter, Article VIII Charter, Article IX
