Dated editions and file integrity

Website release 9 · 14 September 2026 · Charter edition v1.2.2. The fixed release directory preserves the files in this edition. SHA-256 checksums detect changed bytes; they do not establish scientific validity or external review.

The manifest lists a fixed download path, byte count and hash for each public research file, document, reference database and website source package. Keep these files when citing or reproducing this edition.

What is intentionally excluded

Original ZIPs and Office documents, private correspondence, outreach drafts, registrar details, inherited author metadata, and duplicate nested packages are excluded. The restored long-horizon public edition contains original model code and CSVs, sanitized report text, figures, a reproduction runner and visible errata. Historical names and older rules remain only as research provenance.
