PROJECT ENDURING PULSE

One connected system

How PULSE works

Follow the connections between individual rights, shared institutions, complementary capabilities and civilization’s ability to endure, recover and advance.

Choose a concept to inspect its meaning, exact constitutional basis and research connections. The map shows relationships between rules, not measured causal strength.

Rights set limits. Institutions share power. Capabilities support continuity. Select a node to trace its specific connections.

Personhood

Personhood is equal and non-scalar: singular consciousness, internally meaningful interests and endogenous agency. Recognition uses convergent longitudinal evidence and substantially independent panels. Precautionary candidate dignity does not itself confer voting, officeholding or reproduction rights. The Charter makes no present-AI personhood claim.

Constitutional basis

Connected ideas

  • Recognition grounds equal, non-scalar personal sovereignty.
  • Status recognition is distinct from effective civic autonomy.
  • Anti-capture restrictions preserve illicit-origin personhood and due process.

Shared error in personhood assessment
